College bands fill Hereford City with music

Fandago at Applefest in Hereford City Centre
The Music Academy (Instrumental) continues to showcase diversity and talent, with two Rock N Pop college bands performing in local events this summer. In collaboration with Hereford City Life, college bands “The Allsorts" and "Fandango" entertained passers-by at The Old Market shopping centre on 20th of August.
The following week, on 25th August, both bands played a fantastic 2 hour show as part of The Loft Cinema's new live music initiative "Live @ the Loft". This event was in collaboration with The Hereford Music Shop, funded by Arts Council England and The National Lottery, as part of The Grassroots Live Music Fund.
Fandango had the opportunity to showcase their talents as part of Hereford City Council's "Applefest" on 1st October, filling the City with music from the main stage in Hereford High Town.
